Very unhappy with the quality of service from this business. When a call out fee was questioned and whether this was for the technicians services for an hour or just arriving at the property the manager was rude to my wife and then hung up on her. When a follow up call was made, no efforts were made to apologise, instead a lecture on speech and grammar was given. I was then hung up on in due course. Disgraceful.
