Glen and his team fitted a new boiler for us. Everything went smoothly and we were very pleased with their work. A few days later we had a slight issue with air in the system but Glen came out straight away and sorted it all out. Excellent service.
I can not recommend Glen and his team highly enough. Our boiler had been written off by our insurance company (Scottish Power). Glen had a look (free of charge), went away gave me a quote on parts and labour, came back a couple of days later and fitted the parts at the price he quoted. Highly recommended - clearly knows his stuff and very friendly.
As has been mentioned by a couple of other people, I experienced Glen not attending my house to do a pre arranged job yesterday morning. He made no contact to cancel the appointment which I would have understood if something more important had arisen. I sent him a Whatsapp and left a message that morning to enquire whether anything had changed, but I still received no communication from him. He read my Whatsapp within a couple of minutes. I also sent him a Whatsapp last night detailing my disappointment that he had not felt the need to contact me. I felt, and still feel very let down by him as he has done a previous job and there were no issues on that occasion. An apology and explanation would have meant that I would not have posted this poor review but he has still not made contact, and this was the only way I could explain how I feel about his unprofessional behaviour .... Arranged to meet twice to look at two jobs. One was a tenanted property so tenant waited in twice. No show twice, no phone call, nothing. Huge time waster. They weren't small jobs. Many more would have been forthcoming.
