Used them for a boiler service. The level of care, professionalism and customer service is second to none. There was a slight issue with timing due to JR having to attend a plumbing emergency and they kept in contact, re-scheduled and confirmed. They were polite, professional and the engineer was able to be early for the re-scheduled time. The work was professionally done and I will use them again and gladly recommend them. They are an example as to how a service company should operate.

All members if staff we dealt with were polite and professional. Engineers turned up exactly when they said they would. They worked efficiently - no wasted time, but thoroughly, and left the premises tidy. Very competitive prices. Definitely will use in future.

Very professional and efficient service. It was very easy to contact the company and I was kept informed throughout the process. All queries and concerns were dealt with promptly. All the personnel were friendly and polite and did an excellent job of re-fitting my en-suite at a very reasonable price. I would definitely use JR Plumbing and Heating again.

Great Service - Boiler had broken down and i had many "oil Specialist" look at it and after many expensive parts replaced, boiler still broken down. So now called JR Plumbing who got it up and running for a great price. Really trust worthy service and JR Plumbing can have all my boiler service work as well. . Thanks Barry @ Buckingham
