These guys are fantastic! We couldn't be happier with our brand new bathroom. They really took care of our house and cleaned up after themselves everyday. The whole process was stress free for us and they finished the job alot quicker than expected which we was very happy about. They are friendly, approachable and very reliable. Stefan and his team recently carried out three major jobs on my house. They have played a crucial part in the property renovations. As the property didn't have any heating system and an inadequate hot water system, the first job had to be the installation of a new boiler and radiators throughout the house. After having several plumbers look at the job, we decided to use SM Plumbing & Heating. A major factor in this decision was the fact that other plumbers that were asked to quote for the job were reluctant to build to our specifications, stating that it couldn't be done, whilst Stefan simply found solutions and tailored the work to us, despite it causing more work for him and the team. Stefan visited the property, measured up and discussed specification of the job. After this we received a quote within a couple of days, upon which we agreed and therefore set a date for the commencement of the work. Stefan showed up on time on the agreed date, a simple thing but this doesn't always happen in my experience. All preparation was already undertook and a delivery of all the required materials for the job arrived within hours of Stefan arriving. The complete installation took a total of 2 days, this was amazing as it meant very little disruption, all mess was cleaned and tidied. The second job for SM Plumbing & Heating was to install 2 new bathrooms. This involved the removal of the 2 old bathrooms. Everything went smoothly, Stefan collects together all of the required tradesmen from tilers to plasters to ensure the job is completed to his own exacting standards. The job required a small toilet room to be converted to a bathroom with a shower, this required some creativity on all parts to help achieve the finish. In short, I highly recommend SM Plumbing & Heating. You can be sure the work will be carried out quickly and to your exact specifications.

SM Plumbing has surpassed the 5 star rating in all areas. I now have a wonderful new bathroom thanks to the outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail Stefan and his team put into their work. I simply wouldn’t look any further if you want the highest quality at an affordable price!!
