We had a issue with our water tank, MB heating came out to inspect. Identified a potential faulty automatic valve. Part ordered 2 weeks later came back and Dave fitted it. Although it took some time for the part to come the service we had was great. I will be calling mb heating when the boiler and tank they installed need servicing! 5 stars!

Someone driving like a wally in the works van. Cutting people up, undertaking and weaving through traffic. Proper angry little man. Clearly not bothered about company image judging by other reviews.

Terrible experience. They do work for Morris Homes and the overall service from both has been awful.

Great service really nice lads

Received a letter stating MB Heating had been trying to contact me to rectify a mistake they had made - neither my partner or I had any phone calls from this company. I then rang four times only to be told I would get a call back - this did not happen. I finally got through to them to book in a convenient time slot. During the phone call, they claimed to have rang my partner on several occaasions - basically saying we were lying about not receiving communication from them! After organizing a suitable date and time, I waited in for the engineer to arrive. It turns out that the job was an outside job, I did not need to be in and the engineer came and went before the time slot! Not once was this communicated to me so I have basically sat in all afternoon with very frustrated twin toddlers because someone at customer care cannot do their job correctly!
