Called Katie at zero notice for a leak Came almost straight away Sorted leak temporarily with isolation valve Came back few days later not only sorted leak but replaced part of mechanism in cistern and remounted cistern on wall - it had been hanging off 1 bracket for years and replaced part of feed pipe with flexible metal hose so less chance of leak in future Basically left with bathroom much better than before leak Excellent job excellent attention to detail and reasonable price Highly recommended - just booked her to replace cracked sink. Highly recommend

This company no longer exists as Katie Barstow, the sole director, dissolved it to avoid my CCJ. She subsequently enforced an IVA to dodge repaying the full amount of the bodged en-suite leaving us thousands out of pocket. It took her and her team months to deliver a job which has since been condemned as unsafe by a qualified plumber. Use this person at you own risk, you have no protection!

Katie Came out and fixed my problem there and then. Excellent service and price. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be using her services again. Pleasant change to have a reliable and efficient plumber. Please ignore this review......having had a big job carried out by Katie I have been totally disappointed by her professionalism. She didn’t deliver what she promised. I was told it would take a week to replace my old bathroom .....this ran into 3 weeks. Constantly let me down, by not turning up or phoning to let me know! Promised to come back to rectify problems, again she hasn’t fulfilled her obligations. I have had to get someone else to sort her mess out! DO NOT USE!!!
