Fletcher Plumbing and Heating

We contacted Fletch Heating on recommendation from our regular Worcester Bosch engineer. Lewis provided us with a clear straightforward quotation to replace our boiler and failing flue, and suggested options to make our underfloor heating work more efficiently. During the installation he completely reconfigured the original pipework, resulting in a very tidy installation. The quality of his work and attention to detail is excellent, plus he's really easy to get along with. We are very happy with our new boiler and have no hesitation in recommending his work.

Lewis has been a great help to us in a very difficult time. After buying a new house we discovered that the entire heating system needed to be re-piped because many of the microbores were totally blocked due to the original builder using the wrong pipes. Lewis managed to fit us in just before Christmas by working 12+ hours every day for a week. His work was very neat and tidy and he managed to do minimal damage to the chipboard floors - even though they were glued down! In addition to the problem with the pipes, there was also an intermittent fault with the boiler, where it kept cutting out. It turned out that the fault was actually created by another well known and highly rated company in the area when they fitted a new oil pump to fix an oil leak - they did not bother to re-calibrate the air intake / mixture after fitting the pump. Lewis was quite happy to wait for the final payment until all these problems were sorted out. I therefore have no hesitation in recomending him. Thank you very much Lewis!

Had a new boiler installed by Lewis. He provided a detailed quote and carried out an excellent service. A knowledgeable, honest, reliable and friendly heating engineer. Left the house clean and tidy which I've never experienced before. Already recommended him to people I know. Top guy!
