Dale came out on the same day I called him & he fixed the problem within the estimated time. He was also very friendly & helpful, took an interest in how the problem had come about in order to offer advice to avoid it in future. I would be happy to recommend him to anyone else.
A friend recommended Dale to me and I was very happy she did, he went above and beyond and didn't charge me extra, even though he was at my home for an hour more than he needed to be.
