Professional, friendly and reliable service. Gavin came out to look at our boiler as it wasn't working we had no hot water or central heating. He seen problem right away. And fixed it there and then. He did all the relevant gas checks and made sure the the boiler was safe to use. It was also very reasonable price. Very happy. Will not be using anybody else again.

PHG services were called out to a boiler fault on one of my properties. The engineer promptly called the tenant to arrange for access and reported back to me after diagnosing the fault with an estimate of the cost prior to carrying out the repair. I considered the cost to be fair and asked for the repair to be completed. Feedback from my tenant was great and the engineer was polite and even programmed the timer for the boiler. Overall a great service
