Hergreen Ltd

I contracted Hergreen Ltd to carry out all electrical and plumbing work on my Grade II home. They were incredibly knowledgeable, especially working on the complete refurbishment of a 64 room house. They rewired and re-piped the property and installed a whole new biomass system. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and looking forward to working with them again.

We recently built a granny house in our garden and Nick was a one-stop shop for the full electrical installation, plumbing, under floor heating and heat pump installation. Nick was very accommodating throughout and extremely knowledgeable. He was very forthcoming with information and was able to answer our questions and queries straight off the top of his head. His work was quick, accurate and very tidy. I have also seen examples of his good work in other buildings (including a restoration) nearby to my area. Nick went above and beyond to come back to the site several times to resolve some problems - often well outside what I consider to be normal contractor working hours.

Great swift response to urgent heating problem. Sorted quickly and efficiently and reasonable price too.

Hergreen Limited have provided an exceptional service for many years – I have used Hergreen on all of my projects. Nick has always been on hand to answer any questions I may have and provides an excellent after care service.

My experience of Hergreen Ltd has been extremely BAD they are 'Not' tidy workers, they are haphazard, leaving switches off when they should be ON once they leave. They do not know how to install equipment correctly and cannot setup the installation fully. They have installed two batteries to my solar panel installation and put in the wrong settings so the batteries were not working for a whole year!! After calling and chasing they finally came back to look at the system but then assured me that everything was working correctly. Which it was NOT as the manufacturer of the equipment talked me through step by step and we put in the correct settings and then the system worked perfectly well. Hergreen will no answer the phone or email to us the 'customer' so I am pursuing them through the installation certification body to resolve my complaint..Their support to the installation has been non existent
