useless company!! Plumber attended at my house to assess the situation then promised to call when he could do the job - I am still waiting for that call three weeks later.... Extremely disappointing and very unprofessional - would definitely not recommend.

Let us down today. Terrible communication on the day, waste of our time as never came around, disconnected switches in preparation which was a waste of our effort for them. Called to track them down and was promised a call back but nothing. Hope they come back to us and change our minds. Unreliable. Unreachable. Whoever picks up the phone in the office never knows any answers and never calls back after promising to do so.
