Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company! Our 30+ year old boiler died and with 3 young children and my partner 32 weeks pregnant, things were getting a bit desperate. We posted our job on Rated People (Tuesday) and Paul came out to have a look at the job that evening. Quote received first thing Wednesday, boiler fitted and working by Friday! Paul was absolutely fantastic and a true professional. We were given updates on his expected arrival time (we're based in Stroud). He kept us updated with how the job was progressing and explained everything he was doing. Paul attended over two days to get the job done as brickwork also had to be done in addition to everything else. The job was very reasonably priced and came in under our expected budget - Paul only replaced what was necessary. Upon completion Paul explained the operations of the boiler and everything related. The room was left clean and tidy and he even took the old boiler away for us. We really were very impressed with the work done. Thank you Paul!

Paul was fantastic. I felt really confident in him and he was kind and very helpful even when I asked him to show me how I needed to do something myself! He responded quickly to phone calls and when he was unexpectedly delayed I was informed on a regular basis about progress. Good communication, friendly and professional.

We had a new boiler fitted by Plumb Care, no pushy sales tactics and they didn't take advantage even despite the fact we were a bit desperate - it was all done at a very reasonable cost of under £2500 (we had been quoted over £3300 by another provider and had no hot water). The work was clean and tidy, very glad we used them to fit our new system!
