Sean from Essex Gas Master came to service my Dad's boiler and found it to be faulty. He thoroughly explained what measures could be taken to attempt to resolve the problems, but unfortunately the old boiler could not be fixed. We were given a full low down of our options and prices for a boiler replacement, and once a decision was made, were up and running again in no time. Sean was polite, punctual and completely professional throughout the entire process. My elderly dad who normally is very sceptical/cynical even remarked on how pleasant he was, and we were more than happy with the quote/cost and the quality of work. We were even more delighted to see a saving in the quarterly bill!!!!!!
