I have found the customer care operatives at this company to be friendly, punctual and professional. I have recently had a faulty tap replaced and could not fault the service provided by the operative in question.

My DWH house in Coalville " Stenson Quarters" is leaking from the upstairs bathrooms and into the kitchen ceilings and this shouddy plumbing work was carried out by this company as contractors 4 David Wilson Homes. This is the second time the leak has occured from the same place. House is less than 3 years old .. Avoid using them.
