Princes LHS Ltd

I have had a number of installations completed by Princes LHS and never had a problem. I purchased a Tesla Powerwall (my second purchase from them over the years) and I’m really pleased with the amount it’s saving me each month. The guy I spoke to (I think Matt) was really helpful. Overall, very pleased.

I chose Princes as I THOUGHT they would do a professional installation.How wrong I was, untiday, unfinished and left with a feeling that my home and I had been assaulted. Arrogant uncaring management that overcharge greatly for the standard of work given. Shameful behaviour from a supposedly professional company. Not recommended one iota.

We needed to replace our heating system and we obtained quotes from a number of potential suppliers. The knowledge and professionalism shown right from the outset by Matt made the decision as to who to appoint to do the job was a no brainer. As it happened they gave the cheapest quote by a small margin but we would have gone with them even if that wasn’t the case. We ordered a new air source heat pump system and photovoltaics. The engineers who did the work were very friendly, helpful and professional. The attention to detail and quality of installation was obvious. We both work from home and they worked round us to ensure noise was kept to a minimum when we were making conference calls etc. The proof of the pudding is that we now have a totally reliable system, and electrical bills less than half what we had before. If only every supplier was this good life would be much better!
