Having been delighted with the service last year we asked Five Counties to service our boiler again which was done during the week. Unfortunately we had a slight problem with hot water due to a manufacturers settings on Saturday morning which wasn't ideal because we couldn't have showers. After speaking to Oliver on the phone trying to rectify the problem he suddenly said don't worry I'll come over. We live about 10 miles from where Five Counties is based but sure enough Oliver came over on Saturday afternoon & rectified the problem within 10 minutes. What a GREAT GUY, FANTASTIC SERVICE which I find is very unusual in today's age, I would certainly recommend Five Counties to anyone looking for plumbing work or new boiler. Thanks again Oliver, see you next year without doubt.
