We have been using Master Plumbing for years and all were good until this year. We had a leak in the ceiling. Tony came and detected the leak. Gave us the estimate a bit high for replacing a cartridge for the shower. We were OK with it. He came back the next day, couldn't replace the cartridge after he worked at it for sometimes. He then said it's broken, now he has to replace the valve. The cost would be double. He went out for a break, came back and increased $25 more. We called the office and they said the price is what the technician said. The fix was good. But the pricing was very unprofessional. We should have called for another company. Master Plumbing used to give estimate for the job when you called. They didn't do it this time and let the Technician that came to your house to give out the number. We never had to call another plumber for a second estimate. But we will have to from now on.
The plumber they sent out RETURNED TO MY HOUSE THE NEXT DAY AND STOLE MY WEAPON! I went to their office on Production Way in Miramar to talk to them about this. The OWNER AND MANAGER KICKED ME OUT! They said, "Call the police. Get a lawyer, but GET OUT OF THIS OFFICE!!" ** it's all caught on security video.
I really liked master plumbing. Ive called them twice, and both times they were honest and nice guys. Thanks!
Excellent service, always quick to arrive, knowledgeable ..repaired a spigot 2 other companies couldn't do correctly't in the last few years.
