We found Simon through a Google search after having problems with the service of an emergency call-out specialist over the Christmas period. What a difference! We were speaking late afternoon but he arranged to come to us early next day (New Year's Eve). He fixed our problem and did a couple of little extras all in his standard (very reasonable in my opinion) charge. When a further problem developed, he visited on a Sunday morning with similar efficiency and goodwill. We definitely recommend him.
