Pimlico Plumbers

We have used Pimlico Plumbers twice - once to fix our roof and once when our kitchen faucet came right out of the counter. Both times we had excellent experiences - quick arrivals (even at 8pm), kind, courteous and polite servicemen, and work always well done. Our plumber Steve came up with a great solution to our problem by listening to our situation and thinking outside the box. We will definitely be using Pimlico again! (Invoice #SB-129233)

We were delighted with the service. The plumber arrived within 25 minutes on a weekend and was able to fix the leak within an hour - including running out to get a part from a local shop. Our Plumber Ryan was friendly and helpful. An excellent service.

Both times I've had Pimlico Plumbers in they've been quick to respond to my message/call, quick to send a plumber, and both plumbers have been polite, informative and have always fixed the issue in good time. They're more expensive than other local businesses, but the level of service is worth it. Will always go to them whilst I'm living in London.

I use a small summer house in our garden as an office. After many years, the felt roof began to leak this summer. With each of this year's summer downpours it got worse. It was clear that it needed not just repair, but replacement. Pimlico plumbers had someone round to make an assessment the day after I contacted them. The repair was done two days later, on August 1st, the only other day that week I could be at home. Pimlico sent a specialist roofer, who explained what was needed and did the job quickly and thoroughly. My garden office now has a roof that has proved completely watertight over the last fortnight, despite repeated storms. In fact, the new roofing felt is of a higher standard than the original. I'm delighted. Thank you Pimlico. I can't recommend too highly.

Chris was prompt, polite, very personable and super professional. He arrived within an hour of my call and although the job proved to be larger than I - and I think he! - had anticipated, he kept me completely in the picture with what he was doing and why.
