I'm not usually one for reviews but credit where credit is due, Valcore have yet again exceeded our expectations on delivering a fast and reliable service. Realistic timescales were given and a professional service received. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a trustworthy and professional service.

Ignored me! After visiting our home and saying he was interested in doing the work, ignored my emails and 3 phone messages left with Receptionist - I don't take kindly to being ignored, it's discourteous at best and rude at worst.

Avoid is my recommendation. We requested a quotation to replace our existing boiler. A site visit was made and since then we have heard nothing despite two attempts via email. Is this anyway to run a business? Clearly, they didn't want the £3-4K job, lucky them to be able to turn away potential business. Very disappointing experience.

Valcore is a great company to use, they are reliable and efficient and very friendly. I have used valcore a couple of times now and have nothing but good things to say about them.
