K P Evans installed a new hot water boiler and replacement water pumps at my rental flat. The amount invoiced was massively over the quote and the work proved to have been performed negligently. (The compression pipes to the boiler were not properly tightened and leaked causing damage.) When I contacted K P Evans they refused to acknowledge this fact nor accept any responsibility. Despite being a long standing customer I received absolutely zero customer service. Eventually, I had to sue them in the small claims court where I was awarded the full amount of compensation for the damage plus costs.

Terrible customer service , bad work caused and still causing leaks in my new build home ! Avoid at all costs

What a rude company. The lady hung up on me before i could even tell her why i called! I will take my business elsewhere!

Useless plumbers!!!avoid!!!!it took him whole day to change the kitchen tap,after telling my wife the pressure was to low and he could do nothing about it cause when he changed it the water was not coming out normally,good that my wife catched him half way to his van,terrible!!!!
