Mark was prompt, professional, and tidy while installing a new boiler. Some of the exterior bricks required replacing as a normal part of the job. Mark brought a few bricks with him for colour matching, then wasn’t satisfied and brought even better matching bricks the next morning. He also alerted the neighbours and us when he was going to create dust in case we wanted to move our cars. He clearly cares about doing a good job. Very impressed and a rare find these days. Highly recommended.
