Jim came on same the day I contacted him and did a great job in flushing out a seriously blocked pipe when others had said they couldn't do it. He also gave me all information of the pipe fixtures I needed and where to get them. A great guy, did a great job. Would definitely recommend him.
I just wanted to take a moment to say something about Jim. I was having huge problems last week with my house drainage, Jim came and cleared everything - no problem. He was so kind and reassuring, and super quick. Cannot recommend him enough.

Our family house was suffering from sewage smells and overflowing toilets!! Not at all nice when you have 2 under 5's in the house and one on the way! James was friendly and very reassuring. He settled our nerves with a clear explanation of what was wrong and what needed to be done. I couldn't recommend a better company to use! Very family friendly. The children especially like seeing in the drains using his CCTV camera. Always good to SEE what the problem is and not have to take someone's word for it, especially if you don't know them. A really great Service, Jim is a really honest and great guy, does a really good job. They provide a fantastic service at very reasonable rates. They were responsive and got the job done in record time.
