Went here today to get my grandad a new comfort height toilet. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They were brilliant and made us feel completely at ease even though we had no idea what we were doing. Thank you so much for all your help and advice! Genuinely will never go anywhere else again.

I've used them a few times and each time I found them to be knowledgeable helpful and cooperative with my lack of plumbing knowledge and their obvious high level plumbing knowledge. Prices have been better than I found elsewhere and I bought a set of taps for the bathroom that are really nice quality and were not phenomenally expensive. Certainly they were much nicer than you find in some of the chain stores. I'd recommend.

The bathroom design service was superb - Carol advised us and was incredibly knowledgeable and ensured we considered alternate designs and products, usually cheaper ones. The recommended plumber was also excellent and we now have wonderful bathrooms (we went back for 2 further bathrooms after being so impressed with the first).

I use these guys all the time. Find them very helpful, and very quick and very reliable. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They keep a high level of communication in regards to orders, so you know when to expect your items.
