From an outdated bathroom with problems well hidden (and there were many of these from previous botched installations) and others that were obvious, Steve has transformed our bathroom into the bathroom of our dreams. Both Chris and I are very impressed with Steve's professionalism which has resulted in a very modern and smart looking bathroom which we are both proud to show to other people, and from which Steve should get a great sense of achievement. You couldn't wish for a nicer guy to be working in your house. He has done various plumbing jobs for us before and we have always been pleased with the results.
