I had a new boiler installed on the 24th June 2019, The quote I received was exactly what I expected it to be! I found the service I received was excellent, I was very impressed by the speed and efficiency of Adam and the young lad who fitted the boiler. Both of them were really polite and friendly. Very tidy workers, cleaned up extremely well. When they finished the only sign that they had been here was the new boiler. I would strongly recommend Blackwell Heating to anyone. Thanks to you all, great service.
Blackwell Heating came to repair my boiler. They replaced some parts but ultimately left admitting defeat after the boiler still did not work. The final option I was given was to have the boiler replaced at a cost of several thousand pounds. The charges they then submitted afterwards for not fixing the boiler were unfathomable and completely unreasonable, not having been agreed upon beforehand. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ In response to their reply below, I would add: this is very much a genuine review. No estimates were given in advance of the work they carried out. Instead they spent several hours scratching their heads over several days (not arriving on one agreed occasion) and then billed me at the end of it without any prior agreement about the cost. It should be standard procedure to give an estimate BEFORE the work is carried out.
Paul came to repair the boiler was very professional and quick at finding the problem he went to pick the part up and fitted it straight away very good service
We had a site visit on the 10th April with a promise of a quote by the end of the following week. Despite three phone calls promising immediate contact and an e mail we have heard absolutely nothing. If you don't want to do the work or there is a good reason for the delay in replying why is there a deadly silence? Very disappointing and extremely unprofessional.
