Ben removed my old central heating system and advised me on a replacement combi boiler and where to locate it. He gave me options for 2 different brands of boiler and quoted for both. He was constantly in contact, reliable, punctual, and did a great job, even thinking forward for our future house developments, and building extras into the system for utility rooms etc. He was thoughtful, inventive, and went the extra mile in everything he did. The quality of work is excellent and his customer care is exemplary. I wish all tradespersons were this attentive to their customers. He even tidied up brickwork that other trades had damaged. Its took me years to find a good plumber that can be relied upon. Will definitely use Ben (and Kane) again.

I let my property out so it’s important that I find a realisable Plummer etc. Ben was officiant and reliable and my tenants are very happy. I would definitely recommend BG Services.

Highly recommend, has carried out lots of work for me. Quickly fixed a leak in my bathroom and sorted out my boiler in the middle of winter, quickly and efficiently.

Did loads of work in my house when we first moved in! No job was too big or too much effort, it was just done to a high spec finish aswell!!! Highly reccommend!!!

Sorry to write this as he did a good job repairing the boiler. However, it took 5 attempts to fix a new kitchen tap, which still leaks. Has subsequently failed to turn up on numerous occasions with no contact or explanation.
