The installation of a Rayburn Range in our very old house presented some problems. I was so impressed by the way the Logic resolved the issues. Every member of the team was thoughtful and unobtrusive in the house and worked very hard. The standard of their workmanship seems to be very high; also the office staff were always supportive. The only issue yet to be sorted is a scratch on the inner lining of the lower oven door. We are delighted with the installation and thoroughly recommend Logic.

Logic had Engineer out to us in Dumfries within 24 hours when Boiler stopped working on 2nd Jan, and got us up and running again then When we decided to get them to fix the long standing problems with intermittent heat, and install new shower (with Electrical Certification) they were prompt and professional. You want someone to be reliable and come out quick, and do a proper job, I recommend Logic. We will use them in future. Logic did respond fast to our requests for help. But I cannot recommend this firm. multiple visits by engineers, each time another fault discovered, heating system still does not seem to work properly. I have had to get another contractor to recommission the heating system. Also they have dripped heating oil over carpets in the house.

Logic worked for us to a tight timescale, to ensure we met the RHI deadlines. They did what they said they were going to do all the way through. We had one or two minor technical "glitches" but these were quickly put right. Personnel both at the office and on site were great to deal with. They worked really hard for us and we are very pleased with the end result.
