Efficiency HPE (Heating and Plumbing Engineer) Limited

I have nothing but praise for this company. He installed my central heating and boiler approx 3 years ago and have had no problems with it whatsoever. He sends me reminders when the service is due, so to keep the 10 yr warranty valid. Friendly manner and quick and efficient. The fact he gets so booked up should speak volumes. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I called this company to ask about repairing a leak. I was told someone would come that evening to take a look and give me a quote. No one turned up or had the courtesy to call back. How to make a good first impression - or not.

When I phoned this company I felt my job was too small for them.. they made excuses not to help me. North Hykam to Winthorpe (too far )... booked up for next few weeks. So I went somewhere else.

As a landlord I need to be associated with tradesmen that not only know their trade but are reliable, punctual, honest and thorough in their work. I found that Efficiency HPE were all of this and more. I needed a gas fire that had failed its safety check repairing and recommissioning. HPE were significantly cheaper than other quotes and the work was complete the next day, no fuss, no mess just perfect results. Excellent service, we had a leak from our water pump. Rang Mel about half 5 in the evening, he turned up about half an hour later. Found the problem, replaced the pump and tested the system. Very professional, would defiantly use again and recommend to friends.
