Called with a plumbing emergency, water flooding the upstairs! Received a prompt call, and after sending photos of the water tanks, shut off valves, etc., he walked me through closing the valves myself until someone could come in person to complete the repairs. But no more flooding, such a relief! Thanks for the very prompt and courteous help -- you will definitely be getting more business from me, even when not an emergency!

Phone through 6am due to leaking toilet. Arranged to come through at 1.30 that afternoon and was able to come at 12.30. Friendly and extremely diligent. Highly recommended
