I called the plumber at 12:00 with an issue installing my new washing machine, he told me that he'd be able to attend the same day around 5 pm after he'd finished his job, asking me to text him the address. Unfortunately he then didn't turn up, ignoring both calls and text messages, giving us no notice that he wouldn't be attending, which meant that I will have to take an extra day's worth of holiday to get a washing machine installed. Incredibly unprofessional do not use this company.
