I had a great experience from Green Heat right from the estimate stage to completion. They came on time and provided a comprehensive estimate. They were very knowledgeable and gave me different options to suit my requirements and budget. I didn’t feel forced to use them or to go with the most expensive option. I had got several other quotes and although they were not the cheapest I was very satisfied with the quality of workmanship and was happy to pay for the work done. They fitted the boiler in 2 days with minimal mess and disruption and have been very happy with my new boiler. Would definitely recommend!

Made an appointment by phone yesterday and it was agreed that someone would visit today to arrive between 3-4pm, no one turned up! I’ve just called your office and was told someone tried to call us 2pm but amazingly NO missed call on my phone and also NO voice mail message left, but you continue to say the call has been logged as a call to us. You should NOT have made the appointment with us yesterday if you could not keep to the agreement made, surely you have procedures in place rather than let potential customers down. What a wasted day for us and we have no heating or hot water like we told your company yesterday.
