Second time I’ve used B&K for a recently rented out property I used to live in, wanted to keep services local and I’m so glad I tried B&K out. First time to get a landlords gas cert at very last minute which they made possible and this time my tenant without hot water which they quickly attended to and fixed swiftly. Costs were very transparent and to me it feels like good old fashioned service with good knowledgeable people doing the work. Cannot fault. Trusted Company!

Fantastic service said the gas fitter would be here in 2 to 3 hours. He was here in less than hour. Gas pipe blanked off and done in no time. Definitely use again when converting gas hob to electric.

Great service - spoke with a helpful guy at B&K who pointed me in the right direction for getting a new central heating system installed as our old one was knackered. Trustworthy and got the job done on time. Thank you!

Quite agree with Sarah Ellison about the girl who answers the phones. I know her name but it is not wise to name people on these websites. I have been trying for months to get a receipt for a shower they replaced. This seems too much for her. I keep getting excuses of "it's in the post" or "we are having trouble with our invoices at the moment" I have also tried emailing the office. It's almost like she is making fun of me for paying the bill straight away but I will have the last laugh, still need lots of work doing and will not be using these people!
