If I could give no stars I would!!! Not a good experience.He insisted I needed a new toilet as the one I had couldn't be repaired. I agreed so he fitted it and then I found that all the old one needed was a new piece of plastic which my husband made from a milk carton. Having removed the boxing from around the pipes he didn't even attempt to put it back in place. He also cut bits off the vinyl flooring ( why?) meaning that needed to be replaced and left a rusty screw in the wall where the old cistern had been. He was obsessed with getting his money but didn't seem to care about the standard of job he'd done. My husband had to do all the remedial work. I'd never recommend him and won't be using him again.

I have used Northburn Plumbing on several occasions. Barry is always prompt and his work is excellent. He fitted our bathroom suite complete with shower. It is refreshing to find a plumber who works for a fair price and leaves the job in a tidy manner. He has done several jobs in my business premises also. I have no hesitation in recommending Northburn Plumbing to anyone, for a great price, great work and a very nice person too. Thanks Barry - keep up the good work !

Needed an emergency plumber i was given Barrys number i called him and he came to my assistance. Very good kind helpful gentleman there are not many about now. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family thank you Barry.

Called and was quoted £45 for an emergency blocked toilet inc call out at night, was told within 30mins, was there spot on 30mins and took less than 30mins to resolve the issue charging the original quoted price, would def use again and recommend
