Mark was great. Very polite, professional and helped us with a strange issue. He pulled apart different locations to identify the problem, keeping the place neat and tidy during inspection. Completed the job promptly and would gladly use his services again. :)

Mark was brilliant - located the issue, explained what the issue was and advised best way to proceed. He was very flexible with timing came in the late evening next day to finish the job.
