These guys were great! Would recommend to anyone. I just wish everyone had customer service like these guys. Hard to find good honest customer service these days!

David and his colleagues installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler in a house we rent out. Work look a little longer than I think he'd expected but he still charged us the original agreed amount, and his quote was the cheapest we received (excluding the one we had from British Gas, who were insistent on only quoting for a new boiler which had a much lower DHW flow rate than our existing boiler). As he's one of their approved installers, the boiler is covered under a 10 year warrantee direct with Worcester Bosch so I'm confident it's going to last a long time (and I'll save a fortune from cancelling the British Gas Homecare cover I've been paying for). It was less than 5 days between me contacting him and the new boiler being installed and working great. I'll also be using him for the service and gas safety certificates going forward.
