PANIC! Plumbing, Electrics & Data Cabling

Nigel started off very professionally with great banter and we had a brilliant customer/tradesman relationship, but has let us down and not finished the mistakes/ finer details despite being paid. He 'ghosted' all texts and voicemails (15+ made) after he did not show up in January without explanation. Bumped in to him in town and he accused us of not paying him the insurance money. I had even advanced him money from our own savings as insurance was incredibly slow (kept him in the loop all the time too as I chased them many times). We wrote to him over a month ago - showing our bank records, to evidence this for him to 'make this right' and he has totally ignored us; shame on him. We are left now to have to pay another professional to finish off what he should have done.(whole kitchen installed after flood damage, insurance job)

Nigel is a excellent plumber and has finished our work of to a high standard. He is reliable and honest. I would totally recommend him. Dont look anywhere else.

We had the Panic carry out a full Test and Inspection as our Electrician had fallen off the face of the earth, what a professional outfit with the correct can do attitude. He even helped out our neighbors after finishing the job. I cannot say more than well done and thank you
