We had an excellent experience with Dave and I can thoroughly recommend him. We had a problem with a smell in our conservatory and could not get rid of it despite cleaning the gutters, down pipe etc several times. Dave manged to find the real cause of the smell and repaired the relevant drain which had nothing to do with th conservatory! He was also willing to come back and sort the floorboard which was sticking out so he had to adjust it and fit back the carpet. Dave is very nice and reliable and I would use him again .

Would thoroughly recommend! We had a leak, which Dave came round and checked the day after we called. Leak was contained, he came back the following week to fix and was quicker than quoted so we paid less :-)

Referred to Down the Drain to fix a blocked kitchen drain by another plumber who located the blockage but lacked the equipment to sort it. They arrived early. Their large Draper vacuum kit cleared it in minutes. Very reasonable charge for an hour's work (including clearing up and reassembling the pipework). Will keep their details.
