It is so important to find a trades-person you can trust. I had had my boiler serviced a couple of days beforehand by a rival however a problem still existed with my boiler system. I was reluctant to use the same company and so searched out an alternative. I am so pleased I did as Andrew was not only knowledgeable and happy to discuss this as well as other potential issues/fixes, he was able to fix my issue with limited fuss! He made an appointment for me the day after I touched base with him so I couldn't be happier. Will get in touch with Andrew again in the future should anything else go wrong with my boiler system!

I called Andy from Plumb It when I thought we had an issue with our boiler. He came over promptly and explained things thoroughly to us so we completely understood and put our minds at rest. We were also looking at making some improvements to our heating and he gave us some great ideas. Will certainly use again.

Andy came round and provided a very competitive quote and suggested a few things we had not thought of. He is competent, hard working and polite. We were having a very old boiler changed to a new Worcester Bosch combi and Andy advised us on the right boiler for our home and managed to have the whole system changed over in a day with minimal disruption and mess.
