Signature Plumbing is the best! Used them twice recently for rental property. The first time was a Sunday before Christmas when water heater was not heating. I called Jim at Signature Plumbing who said to face time him when my husband got to the house so he could see and hear what was going on; my husband did that and Jim could see the burner on unit was the problem. From there, Jim asked for the serial number of unit and date purchased. He researched the water heater unit and discovered there was a “recall” on the burner. He then called another plumber who did warranty work and had the part on hand and also, could come the next day (Christmas Eve) and repair it under warranty. Thank you, Jim. We can’t say enough and you have our business forever. (We wanted to pay Jim something for his time, research and finding the plumber to do the warranty work and had the part on hand, but he wouldn’t take anything). Second time recently, we used Signature Plumbing for another rental where the water heater wasn’t heating. Jim had someone out in 45 minutes. Thank you, Jim. You have great customer service and you sent out a nice technician too!!

Signature Plumbing saved us. Our Sacramento home is about 75 years old and I have had very little work done in the 35 years I have owned it. Thanks to their hard work, diligence, and great service Jim and his prize employee Jack saved my weekend and cleared my sewer. We were just a few feet away from having to dig, now that baby is as clean as a whistle, ready for another 30+ years. We are going to bring Signature back for semi annual cleaning from now on. I recommend them highly. Expert knowledge, hard work, honesty and integrity, can't thank them enough.

Jim talked me through how to fix my tankless water heater just now over the phone. And it's a Saturday!! He didn't even charge me for his time even though I asked if I could. Super professional, kind, and patient over the phone as I did what he asked. Got me and the kids out of taking cold showers for a few days until the "other guys" could get to me. I see that my good friend also used him and said the same wonderful things. No doubt in my mind that Jim will be my go to for anything in the future!! Thanks again. And my kids do too!! I don't go out of my way to post reviews very much and I usually only do when the service is spectacular. Also, not every plumber will service tankless water heaters. Jim and his team have training in dealing with these things. I got turned down by two other local plumbers until I found Signature Plumbing. Thanks again!!!

We liked everything about this company, except how the repair looks. The service was prompt, friendly, and the price seemed fair. However, the pipe was pushed out from the wall almost 2 inches, so now it is very warped. Before the repair, the pipe was parallel to the house.

I don't even know where to begin with this review. What should have been a straight-forward replacement of our shower fixtures had turned into an ongoing nightmare. We were frustrated and at our wit's end and then Jim from Signature Plumbing entered the picture. From the first time I spoke with him, he was attentive, understanding, and offered several suggestions as to what might be causing our problem. With just that first phone call, he was more helpful than another local plumber had been after two visits to our home. Fast forward to today when Ed came to do the job. He was friendly, listened to my concerns, and offered advice and empathy with what we had been dealing with. He fixed a perplexing issue efficiently and effectively. Another issue arose (this issue had nothing to do with his work but with the fixture itself) and I called Jim back to discuss our options. Once again, he was friendly, understanding, and flexible. I'll be honest; they were not the cheapest place out there, BUT I would much rather give my money to someone who treated me with respect, who got the job done effectively and efficiently, and gave me the utmost confidence in their work. Jim, Ed, Pam -- every conversation and interaction has been a pleasure. I will be passing your name along to friends with confidence.
