Great guy helped me with a boiler issue with temperature dropping. Knows his stuff and friendly too.
I called them for an easy job and they booked a vist on Saturday morning. I waited them all the morning and I called them plenty time in the afternoon without any answer. Now I can understand why they got so negative reviews
They took almost two hours to work out the controller needed replacing, then quoted ~£120 for the job. Fine, a storm is coming and it's cold and I need my boiler working - get it done. They didn't have the part (a generic controller) will have to return tomorrow morning. Eugh - OK, so long as my heating is back on I'm hosting a party. They didn't turn up. Ignored my messages. Someone else fixed it for half the price in twenty mins. Nice as the guy was (which is why it's 2 stars and not 1) just wasted my time / weekend.
Great service, came out after 7pm friendly guy good price
I used Piccadilly Plumbing to sort 3 jobs on 3 different properties. One was done poorly to start with, and I had to get them back to redo it. I discovered 2 months later that the job hadn't been done properly, and has in fact badly damaged my brand new kitchen floor from a slow water leak. The second job seems ok, but they left of cut pipes thrown in the back yard. The third job had to have an emergency plumber called out to it to tighten connections because they were leaking. In short - if you want a damp house - call this company.
