Good professional, competent, trustworthy and honest. James put a new boiler in my house and all was completed on time and was impressed with his attention to detail. I couldn't be happier!

An excellent professional - highly recommended! James installed a new boiler and radiators as part of a renovation project. We asked him to quote for the work. He turned up when he said he would, assessed the work required and the environment and went away with our contact details. He provided his quote when he said he would and having compared him with four other providers, we chose him as being the one most likely to deliver what was agreed in the time frame agreed, at a sensible price. He turned up on time. All the required parts were delivered to site as scheduled and he carried out the work in a very professional manner, keeping mess to a minimum and tidying up as he went. He completed the work in half the anticipated time, despite having to resolve some issues with work done by a previous plumber and being asked to do some additional work, without any change to the agreed price of the job. Overall, an honest man who will do a very good job.

James was very efficient in installing a new mixer tap for me. On time, tidy worker, reasonable price.

Have used James multiple times as part of our ongoing project to modernise our new house. (and for general servicing of appliances in our previous home). He has fitted multiple new radiators and pipework, given lots of good advice and has always been very friendly, conscientious, reliable and always provides a reasonable quote. The only thing to be aware of is that James is often very busy - but this is just a reflection on the great service he provides. Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Always on time. Provided honest advice that is in your interest not his. (Eg; replace the fan not the whole boiler). Fair prices and pleasant to deal with. I recommend him to neighbours .
