Really impressed with Darren and the team who completely refitted our ensuite, bathroom, and cloakroom over a 4 week period. Plenty of helpful proactive advice to give us the steer we needed. Really appreciated the project management so we did not have to worry about booking other professionals. And end result is perfect - beautiful workmanship with the 'wow' factor. And super neat and tidy throughout the fitting process. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Excellent service! Darren gave excellent advice about bathroom choices, colours and models. He and his colleagues were highly reliable and efficient, showed impressive attention to detail, initiative and creative ideas. The finished shower-ensuite was perfect and, as a result, I have booked Bathrooms Complete to redo my bathroom next.
I wanted someone to be able to advise and help me choose our new bathroom, and then fit and 'complete' it, without leaving me to find tilers, flooring etc. Darren did exactly what I wanted in a very professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble and I have no hesitation in recommending Bathrooms Complete.
Darren and his team have now completed all our 3 bathrooms over the last year - all to an amazing standard ...cant rate him highly enough. Initially engaged the firm for a new bath, but I decided against going ahead at that point. Later, I reached out again for help with a shower. Booked an appointment and he didn't show up and ignored calls. When I finally reached him, he stated that he decided that I was rude, and therefore didn't plan to turn up and wouldn't do business with me. I was always polite, and answered his questions. I think there are better ways to handle customers which are more professional. I fully support the notion of not wanting to do business with someone, but his actions were infantile.
