UPDATE Thank you for rectifying this issie, my Gran is happy with the work that's now been done. Called out to fix a leaking tap at my elderly nan's house, they said they couldn't fix the problem and left, nothing was mentioned about a bill and no work was done, just a visual Inspection of the tap. A few days later my Nan received a bill for £60 quoting "call out fee", no where in the advert does it mention a call out fee. Totally disgusting charging an elderly lady for a job they did not do.

Brilliant. Turned up when they said they would, reasonable price and did a great job. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Excellent family run business. Have had them service and install systems at a number of properties I have been a tenant at. Most recently we have a full boiler and rad change. The service was impeccable. They really did a great job at reducing mess, kept work areas clean and the installation looks neat and tidy. I highly recommend them.

Recently had a boiler service at our home in Wollaston, and another service including a replacement pressure gauge at a rented property in Kingswinford, and we can undoubtedly say that we were not disappointed with the professional way in which we were dealt with and the work carried out ..
