DCE Plumbing and Heating

I recently had my kitchen refitted and DCE Plumbing and Heating did an excellent job moving the boiler, upgrading the heating system, redesigning the layout and fitting the units. I had quite a lot of work done with David several years ago - moving bathroom stuff and later changing radiators. The work was fine, although expensive and I'm not convinced whether David is thorough or slow. My biggest problem with David though is reliability. I had arranged and waited for 6 weeks to have him come round and replace our family bathroom. My wife said we should get someone else in sooner, but I said in the interest of being loyal we'd stick to DCE. In the days running up to the work starting I moved the family out and removed the bathroom myself. Then, the night before he was due David phoned and said he couldn't do it! No reason given, that was it. So I was left with no bathroom and no plumber. Thanks for that. Fortunately, I found another plumber who was cheaper, faster and reliable...
