Had a boiler in need of an annual service, but through my own laziness required it to be done in a few days. Phoned PPP and got booked the very next day. Polite and helpful on the phone, friendly and considerate as well. The engineer arrived exactly on time as booked and couldn’t be more helpful. Polite, friendly and knowledgeable, he was efficient and tidy in his work. Great to use a local company that made the whole process so easy and comfortable. Highly recommended!
