Heatcraft

Had an annual boiler service completed and was very impressed with the level of service. Joanne the engineer was pleasant, efficient and cry thorough. I will be using them again next year.

The most INCOMPETENT company I've ever come across. EVER. Had several leak issues which they would fix but the leaks kept coming back damaging walls and floors. Had to completely redecorate the bathroom several times thanks to their idiotic employees. Pretty annoying considering they it was a new house. Never ever will use them again and defo won't recommend to anybody.

A engineer came to investigate why my radiators were only getting to around 50% of maximum heat, he informed me that the issue was due to an internal boiler thermos which needed replacing as it was temperamental. The engineer has not returned with a cost for the part. Moreover, since he tinkered with the thermos, it has gone from working poorly (for the 6 month prior) to not working at all. Additionally I have had no hot water since he attended, which was working fine beforehand. I have left three voicemail's for Heatcraft and they have not responded to any of them. They give an emergency mobile phone number to reach them, which when I called it, it disconnected and it didn't allow you to leave a message. I called today at 16:59, my call rang and rang, it then connected and was terminated manually. When I called back, I got the Out of Hours message, so obviously no-one was prepared to stay a minute or two later, so they hung up on me. This is now the fourth day without any heating or hot water.... in February.

Had these out a couple of times now. Came out and fixed same at a good price too. Apart from This time a week wait but I guess that shows how trusted they are

Heatcraft have been excellent providing heating repairs to our properties in Manchester. Their heatcare package is highly recommended and much cheaper than British Gas and Homeserve.
