We called out All One Plumbers in an emergency to fix a leaking radiator. They advertise 1 hour response time but he was late and was quite abrupt. He drained the system to cap the radiator and dumped it in the bath. He said he needed to go to B & Q as he didn't have the parts to do the job and left the pipe leaking. On his return he capped the pipes and said that was him finished. We asked when he would return to finish the job but he said he was only there to stop the leak and nothing else even though we explained that we needed the radiator put back on the wall. His response was that we couldn't afford to have him back out. We've been left with a repair job that other plumbers won't undertake and have been told that the standard of work carried out by this firm is way below the standard expected of experienced plumbers. We paid the amount asked but felt it was over the odds for what he did. We have been told by other plumbers that we would have been within our rights to refuse to pay as the work was not up to standard. They also advertise OAP discounts which were not not offered. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.
