Craftsman plumbing was recommended to us, and I see that recommendation was a poor choice. Long story short, we turned off our water valve and when we turned it back on we were having trouble with the water pressure. I didn't want to mess with it and have the valve break off, so we called Craftsman. 7 hours later, Dan came to fix it. The solution was simply turning the valve harder, which I told Dan I didn't want to attempt at the risk of breaking off the valve. Annoyed he told me he had to drive all the way from Elsinore and charged me $160. I get that it may be annoying to drive a distance to fix something simple, but you're getting compensated for it, and if the customer knew what they were doing they wouldn't be calling you. Being late, and making it seem like the customer inconvenienced you isn't ok.
