I first called Donnie when my pavers were being installed, and we discovered a drain line that was partially plugged, and I needed to have a camera run through all the drains to see if there were other problems. He referred me to Tim at Ready-Rooter, who was there in an hour and checked all yard drains for a very nominal cost. Hats off to Donnie for putting the customer first. I later had a faucet handle that had come loose, and upon inspection, discovered it had been improperly installed (in a former model home). Michael came the next day and did an amazing job. I was particularly impressed with how fast and efficient he worked. And the bill was more than fair. Professional - efficient - a customer first attitude - great work - fair and reasonable pricing.
